Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, assist customers, and uphold CVS customer service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, merchandising, stock management, and maintaining confidentiality for customer information. Flexible scheduling is required, including early shifts, overnights, and weekends.

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain stock and merchandise presentation per plans.
• Communicate with store management and crews effectively.
• Handle customer relations per company policy and protect confidentiality.
• Reset departments following POGs.
