Job summary

MINISO USA in Chico, CA is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports KPI achievement, store standards, merchandising, cash handling, opening/closing, and shipment processing while promoting the store's membership program for loyalty.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, manage cash and POS transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or GED.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager with training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; update visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store and ensure safety/compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately with POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business goals.
