Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school degree is required.
• One year related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and employees.
• Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Ticket, tag and park incoming vehicles; enforce policies and safety procedures.
• Verify cash and necessary supplies at start of shift.
• Issue tickets and record required information for customers.
• Collect payment via cash, card or validation while securing cash per procedures.
• Process exception transactions and complete applicable forms.
• Complete daily shift paperwork with transaction and traffic data.
• Maintain a neat cashier booth and clean workspace.
• Provide company standard of service and greet customers.
• Report to work on time and follow written policies.
