You will lead a trained operations team, ensure high levels of service, manage onsite revenue controls, and report to the General Manager. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years in related industries, payroll coordination, staff coaching, and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in parking/real estate/leasing/retail/hospitality/transportation/property management or manufacturing.
• At least 1 year supervising direct reports and handling performance management (evaluations, coaching, discipline).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and using web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property with excellence and attention to detail.
• Promote positive customer relations and respond to customer needs.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, security and equipment issues at the location.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and control expenses.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and address delinquent accounts.
