Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership needed to achieve sales, cost, retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or supervisory roles is a plus.
• Ability to lead and train crew, uphold standards and policies.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift leads to ensure proper opening/closing procedures and adherence to labor policies.
• Oversee order accuracy and exceptional guest service.
• Manage daily/weekly inventory, chicken counts and waste.
• Ensure a professional, safe, and orderly work environment.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues when needed.
• Fill in as needed to cover shifts and cleaning schedules.
