Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to partner with the store manager to lead planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. You will oversee scheduling, ensure shifts are covered, and uphold Wingstop standards while delivering a warm, efficient flavor experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Assist guests with orders and ensure friendly, courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety following policies and standards.
• Monitor shifts, schedule coverage and coordinate with the store manager.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Understand policies and training provided.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries and cost control.
• Inspect equipment and maintain temperature log.
• Verify deliveries, report discrepancies to the store manager.
• Be prepared for QSC and ensure cleanliness and equipment up to standard.
