Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the store manager in planning, organizing, training, and leading the team to meet sales, cost, guest service and sanitation goals.

You will supervise scheduling, coordinate with the team for smooth daily operations, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering a high-quality guest experience. This role offers growth opportunities within the Wingstop network.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings preferred.
• Ability to train and supervise staff to achieve service standards.
• Proven cash handling and reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training and leadership to reach sales, cost and guest satisfaction targets.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure timely truck deliveries and control costs by ordering needed items.
• Inspect equipment, maintain temperature logs and ensure sanitation standards.
• Provide fair, consistent coaching and performance feedback to staff.
