Wingstop is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the store manager in planning, training, and leadership. You will oversee daily operations, ensure service quality, manage schedules, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, helping the team achieve sales, cost, and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, organizing, training and leadership with store manager.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts as needed to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries are on time and costs are controlled by ordering appropriately.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards; keep equipment and temps logs up to date.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
