Job summary

Wingstop is seeking active shift leaders to supervise the operations of a shift, ensuring food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. This role involves performing duties of a crew member while overseeing staff and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will train newer crew members, manage inventory, and ensure store policies are followed. Open/close shifts, supervise breaks, and keep the kitchen and dining area clean throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong focus on guest service and teamwork.
• Ability to train new crew members and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and greeting customers.
• Train new crew members and supervise staff.
• Apply inventory control standards.
• Follow store policies and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet work hours.
• Motivate and manage crew members and coordinate breaks.
• Assemble and package orders per Wingstop standards.
• Support other positions as needed.
