Job summary

Wingstop is hiring immediately for Shift Leaders to join our team. The Shift Leader is a Team Member who can manage day-to-day operations, direct and train Team Members, and assist the GM/AGM in goals.

This role offers a clear path toward leadership within the Wingstop system. Responsibilities include training crew, maintaining cleanliness, safety and staffing standards, resolving guest issues, and ensuring a positive Wingstop experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop team member.
• Train newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.
• Ensure that safe handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen & dining room clean throughout the shift.
• Resolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude.
• Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of all product and procedural changes.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant.
