Einstein Bros. Bagels in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.

You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensure quality food and beverages, and uphold a safe, clean environment. This role offers a flexible schedule with no evenings or nights, a path to grow into leadership, and benefits including PTO after 90 days, tips, and 401K.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age 18 or older required.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as required by law.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Current valid driver’s license preferred or required at certain locations.
