Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Naples, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team, deliver a great guest experience, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and help maintain safety and cleanliness.

You’ll work early hours, weekends, and 3am start possible; we offer flexible schedule, competitive pay with tips, paid time off after 90 days, and a 401(k) with match, plus employee assistance programs and life coaching options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members; open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Rise within the company through demonstrated leadership and take on greater responsibility.
