Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager by inspiring the team and ensuring a high-quality guest experience. You’ll coach staff, open/close the store, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including mornings and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must have ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver’s license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure quality of the food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
