Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision and coach teammates to maintain quality and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or be able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
