Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Florida is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver an excellent guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, coach staff, and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

The role offers flexibility in scheduling, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive team environment. Training is provided to help you advance from Shift Leader to higher roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimally a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check as per local/state/federal law.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or must be obtainable before leadership training completion.
• Valid driver’s license preferred at certain locations and required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and manage shift operations.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to maintain quality and safety.
• Ensure a clean, safe store environment and uphold company standards.
