Einstein Bros. Bagels in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager, motivate the team, and ensure a great guest experience.

You will open and close the store, coach teammates, and help maintain food quality and a clean, safe environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check where required by law.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training completion.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license (preferred/required at some locations).
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision; ensure food quality and a clean, safe environment.
