Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to help manage daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will open and close the store, coach team members, and uphold food quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a flexible schedule, potential for advancement to General Manager, and strong focus on work-life balance, with stores closing by 2 PM and no late evenings in most locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience; set morale and tone.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity to grow towards General Manager roles and advance within the company.
