Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the crew, set the tone, coach staff, and ensure a high-quality, safe, and clean store environment.

The role offers growth potential, with many leaders advancing to General Manager positions. We offer a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, no evenings or nights, competitive pay with tips, and access to employee assistance programs and life coaching resources.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver’s license (preferred but not required at all locations).

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages in a safe, clean store environment.
