Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader in the United States. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, open/close the store, and uphold quality and safety standards while delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early shifts.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification required before leadership training completion.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred or required at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• They empower the team to set morale and tone and provide coaching when needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
