Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to work closely with the General Manager, motivate the team, and set the tone for an outstanding guest experience. You will coach staff, open/close the store, and help ensure the quality and cleanliness of our service environment.

The role offers a chance to grow with Bagel Brands, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders. Flexible scheduling and a commitment to work-life balance are emphasized in the posting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
Must be able to pass background check as applicable.
Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred but not always required at all locations.

Responsibilities

Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
Help maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
