Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store, coach teammates, and ensure quality and a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and set the morale and tone of the group.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
