Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and maintain guest satisfaction. You will coach colleagues, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and ensure food quality in a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Able to pass background check per law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Current valid state driver's license (preferred at some locations).
• Tip eligibility per state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility per hire guidelines.

Responsibilities
