Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader to work with the General Manager, uplifting team morale and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will coach staff, open and close with limited supervision, and uphold quality and safety standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable by local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Help maintain quality of food and beverages and keep the store safe and clean.
• Grow your career by advancing from Shift Leader to higher roles where possible
