Einstein Bros Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You’ll empower staff, coach teammates, and help open/close the store with minimal supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to work early hours including 3am shifts, and a valid driver’s license where required. Opportunities for growth and development are available as you rise with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check per local, state and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver's license preferred or required depending on location.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and ensure product quality.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to uphold service standards.
