Einstein Bros. Bagels in Colorado Springs is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and ensure a welcoming guest experience. As a Shift Leader, you will open and close the store, coach staff, and help maintain food quality and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver's license (preferred but not always required).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
