Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Lafayette, CO is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will empower the team, set morale, and coach members as needed.

As a Shift Leader, you will open/close the store with minimal supervision, help maintain food and beverage quality, and ensure a safe, clean environment while growing your career within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license preferred or required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set team morale and tone.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
