Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with limited supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Opportunity to grow within the company, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
