Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in motivating the team and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The role includes opening/closing the store, ensuring product quality and a clean, safe environment, and coaching staff to grow their careers. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training is preferred.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred and may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Help team members with feedback and coaching and support career growth.
