Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Wheat Ridge, CO. You will work closely with the General Manager to guide the team, ensure top-notch guest experiences, and maintain food quality and a clean store.

This role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and competitive pay with tips. Expected early hours and weekends, with comprehensive training including ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to hire guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
