Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but location-specific).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with little to no supervision and manage daily operations.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience and maintain quality.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed to maintain service standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean store environment and proper food handling.
