Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but not always required) and meet driving qualifications as per policy.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team for a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Opportunity to grow within the company from Shift Leader to General Manager.
