Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Boulder, CO is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager, motivate the team, and deliver a great guest experience. You will empower others, set the team’s morale, coach members, and open/close the store with limited supervision.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, ability to work varied hours including early mornings, and background check clearance. ServSafe certification is required before finishing leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to set the morale and tone of the team and provide feedback.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring food quality and a clean, safe environment.
