Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Tucson is looking for a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, coach teammates, and ensure the quality and safety of our food and beverages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred but not always required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food and beverage quality and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Support training and growth opportunities for Shift Leaders and team members.
