Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager, motivate the team, coach staff, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as required by law.
• Possession of ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver guest experiences.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Open and close store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
