Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in San Tan Valley, AZ is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the crew, deliver a great guest experience, and maintain food quality and a clean, safe store environment.

As a Shift Leader you will open and close the store with limited supervision, coach team members, and set the morale and tone for the shift. We offer flexible schedules, paid time off after 90 days, and opportunities to grow with Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision and coach team members when needed.
• Maintain food quality and a clean, safe store environment and uphold company policies.
