Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Tomball, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. You will collaborate with the General Manager, coach staff, and help open/close the store with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining food quality and a safe, clean environment, with shifts that may start early (as early as 3am) and run on weekends. This role offers growth opportunities within Bagel Brands and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
