Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Tucson is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate and coach the team, ensuring a great guest experience. You will open and close the store, maintain food quality and a clean environment, and support leadership development within the team.

The role offers varied hours, including early mornings as early as 3am, with strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and customer service excellence. A ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license (preferred but location-dependent).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and ensure food/beverage quality.
