Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, deliver a best-in-class guest experience, and foster a positive work environment.

You will open and close the store, coach colleagues, and ensure quality and safety in all food and beverage service. This role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Ensure the quality and safety of the food and beverages served.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and uphold company standards for service.
