Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily store operations and lead a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will work with the General Manager to set tone, morale, and performance, coaching team members and ensuring quality and safety across shifts. As a Shift Leader, you will open and close with minimal supervision and have the opportunity to grow into higher roles within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including mornings; weekends may be required.
• Pass background check as required by law.
• Must have ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion.
• Must possess a valid driver's license where required by location.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow your career; many GMs started as Shift Leaders or team members.
