• Adheres to scheduled labor metrics while monitoring sales during the shift.
• Ensures all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and safely.
• Proficient in all restaurant positions and work hands-on with the team.
• Open and close shifts including readiness checklists and cash handling.
• Handle guest issues and report to the General Manager immediately.
• Place, check in, and store food and orders.
• Complete daily temperature checks to ensure food safety practices.
