Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to support restaurant teams in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will lead, coach, and train team members, manage opening and closing duties, monitor labor and inventory, ensure food quality, sanitation, and guest satisfaction, and communicate with the General Manager to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coaching and training team members to ensure operational execution.
• Adheres to scheduled and projected labor metrics while monitoring sales throughout the shift.
• Ensures all cleaning duties and tasks are completed thoroughly and with integrity.
• Proficient in all restaurant positions and work hands-on with team members in each area.
• Works as part of a team to provide an exceptional Guest experience to patrons.
• Performs opening and closing managerial duties including readiness checklists and cash handling.
• Handles guest issues or conflicts and reports them to the General Manager immediately.
• Places, checks in, and stores food and orders.
• Completes daily temperature line checks to ensure food safety practices are adhered to.
