Job summary

Krystal Restaurants Career Center is seeking a Shift Leader to support a Krystal restaurant's daily operations. You will help execute brand standards, train A+ talent, and drive performance across People, Customer, Sales and Profit.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring food safety, managing cash and inventory, and collaborating on marketing initiatives while maintaining flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Servsafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one or more years of restaurant experience.
• Systems & Software – proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily restaurant operations.
• Resolve customer issues and coach staff to meet service standards.
• Assist with cash, inventory, labor and food control procedures.
• Ensure food safety standards through direct observation during shifts.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and overall store performance.
