Job summary

Krystal is seeking a Shift Leader to support store management in daily restaurant operations and uphold Krystal’s brand standards. You will train and coach A+ talent to achieve results in people, customer service, sales, and profit.

You will ensure food safety, teamwork, and adherence to procedures during shifts. The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and overnights, with potential travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• ServSafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one or more years restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations to meet brand standards.
• Model Krystal Core Values and develop A+ talent.
• Coach employees to deliver excellent customer service and handle issues.
• Assist with cash control, inventory, and labor procedures during shifts.
