Job summary

Krystal Restaurants Career Center is seeking a Shift Leader to support the store management team and uphold Krystal’s standards. You will help train and coach A+ talent, ensuring excellent guest service, food safety, andOperational efficiency on a rotating schedule.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and profits, with opportunities to advance while maintaining a guest-focused, high-energy environment at each Krystal location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Servsafe certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with 1+ year restaurant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights and weekends.
• May travel to other locations as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations to meet brand standards.
• Train and coach A+ talent to achieve People, Customer, Sales and Profit goals.
• Model Krystal Core Values and lead by example.
• Ensure food safety standards through direct observation during shifts.
• Assist with cash, inventory, labor and food control procedures.
• Collaborate with management on plan execution and marketing initiatives.
