Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader in West Fargo, ND to partner with the General Manager in guiding daily store operations, coaching the team, and ensuring guest connections and quality standards are met.

The role requires leading the shift, training team members, managing inventory, and upholding SOPs while maintaining an welcoming, inclusive culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience or be properly trained to lead a shift.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed consistently.
• Coach and give feedback to Team Members during the shift.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Handle administrative tasks such as inventory and store orders.
