Burger King is hiring for a Shift Leader in Demopolis, AL. You will lead a team across various stations, drive service speed and guest satisfaction, and maintain cash and inventory controls on your shift.

The role offers hands-on leadership development, with a direct path toward higher management and a fast-track to restaurant leadership opportunities. Evening, weekend, and holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Strong sense of guest service and team leadership.
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate Team Members across every workstation during your shift.
• Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach Team Members in the moment to raise performance.
• Review shift results and spot opportunities to improve.
• Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in on the floor when needed.
