Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members across every workstation during your shift.
• Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach Team Members in the moment to raise performance.
• Review shift results and spot opportunities to improve; uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in on the floor when needed.
