Qualifications

• Leadership in a team setting or shift leader experience
• Flexibility to work different days/times as business needs change
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence and excellence
• Leads shifts with energy to keep the team engaged and on track
• Optimizes sales while managing waste and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Knows deployment and roles for the shift and communicates clearly on the floor
• Reads team needs, delegates tasks, and maintains smooth hand-offs between shifts
• Owns the shift and ensures a seamless transition to the next shift
• Upholds standard operating procedures for quality, cash handling, and safety
• Coaches and trains team on responsibilities, products, and promotions
• Performs administrative tasks with integrity, including bank deposits and inventory
• Develops Team Members through coaching and feedback
