Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible availability to cover different days and shifts.

• Leads shifts with energy, keeps the team engaged, and ensures the shift runs smoothly.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining an inviting store.
• Communicates deployment needs and delegates tasks to keep the shift moving.
• Takes ownership of the current shift and ensures a smooth hand-off.
• Coaches and trains team members on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Performs administrative tasks such as bank deposits, inventory, and orders.
• Trains new team members and models Caribou's Core Values on every shift.
