Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop Team Members while ensuring SOPs and quality standards.
• Perform administrative tasks: deposits, inventory, store product orders, and other duties as assigned.
• Communicate goals, delegate tasks, and manage the shift’s priorities.
